Take Out Dowels

Dowel means a small piece of something placed to join a large piece of it. First of all drilling is done in RCC, stone, rock or whatever material is, up to a length according to bar diameter followed by cleaning the hole by air blow. Bars are then inserted after chemical is placed in the hole. After a period of time the load may be applied (bar bending or shaping) and RCC may be poured in. Loading time may differ according to make or type and makers of chemical. Chemicals are used according to site or load requirement, wet or dry condition or the existing material type. Rebar is also done for jacketing, strengthening of RCC members where it is old, weak (lesser strength than required) or damaged.

Rebar Fixing

We supply as well apply chemical and mechanical anchors on RCC, rocks, masonries, cement blocks etc. to fix steel structures, wooden doors, windows etc. Fixing chemical anchors the procedure is same as to fix rebar according to payloads.

Chemical Anchors

Chemical anchors or resin anchors ideally suited for high load applications, in virtually all cases the resulting bond is stronger than the base material itself and as the system is based on chemical adhesion, no load stress is imparted to the base material as with expansion type anchors.

Although there are many differing variations and in the market, all systems operate using the same basic principle with the base resin, requiring the introduction, by mixing, of a second component to begin the chemical curing process, hence the term chemical anchor.

Mechanical Anchors

In mechanical there are so many kinds of it like undercut, expansion, screw etc. but they also act on a single principal that is mechanism of friction power.
Undercut anchors expand at the bottom of drill hole; it forms a large bearing area which can transfer greater load to the base material.
Expansion anchors are designed with expansion mechanism which that compresses against the base material. This mechanism may be a shell, stud or wedge assembly that are actuated by a tampered plug, cone, screw or a nail depending on the anchor style or design.
Screw anchors create their load capacity by tapping into and create an intertwine between anchor and the base material. As the anchors are driven in, a friction force or power in developed between the shank of the anchor and the base material as we tighten it.
Mechanical anchors are of many types like wedge anchors, nail anchors, drop in anchors, nail in anchors etc according to their style or make. These anchors are named differently by manufacturers.

Pull Out Load Test

We provide tests on anchors and rebar grouted in concrete, rocks and masonries that are ‘pull out load test’.
The purpose of the test is to apply a specific tensile load to an anchor bolt or rebar in order that the bolt can sustain such test condition for a period of time. Deformation of the anchor or bar tested can also be measured to understand the relation between force and displacement of the same. The anchors or bars are pulled out with a hydraulic unit attached with a gauge to measure the force applied on.

We will discuss some of the methods of cutting and demolition of RCC and rocks. There are so many ways which are in India popular for demolition and cutting like diamond sawing, crushing, breaking etc. done by some of the best modern technologies.

RCC walls cut by Wall saw at different locations

RCC foundation & pipe cut by wire saw

RCC drilled by Diamond core drilling

Core cutting in wall by dry core method

Groove cutting for Expansion joint on RCC floor

RCC cut by Hand saw

Floor cut by floor saw machine

It is not tough now to understand that how these machines works or what are different ways to cut RCC. Some of these machines are wet cut and some of them are dry cut, operated with hydraulics or with electricity.
For different needs there are different ways of solutions.

We’ve got some pictures of cutting RCC by different equipment’s from various sites those can show you our ability to serve you on and according to customer’s requirements.
There are various ways of demolition yet remains after these systems like Breaking by electric breaker, Hydraulic equipments, bursting and crushing etc that are used frequently.

RCC breaking by breaker operated by Electricity

Electric breakers are frequently used in construction sites to demolish RCC, masonries and ARC blocks. They also come in different capacities like 11 kg, 15kg, 18 kg segment and many more.
We provide these turnkey job, cutting and demolition services to our esteemed clients at various locations in Gujarat. We are well known for our performance of job by extreme quality measures, maximizing the output and minimizing the risk of damage to property of ours as well as our clients.

Hammock Kada

Now a day when interior or exterior design or look is a subject of style and smartness & modernism, then carrying of traditional style is a problem. But traditional things are represented to us in modern style now. Relaxing on a hammock in balconies were days, but with modern technology we can have fun of jhoola even in balconies of our flat, duplexes or bungalows. We also provide services for Jhula (Hammock) fixing. It needs only some minutes to get fixed without any hazard. Just like we fix chemical anchors in RCC, this hook for hammock can be fixed in slab or Beam. The hook may also be used for other purpose like hanging of flower pots, chandeliers (jhoomer), bird rests etc.

The company is a key player in the field of waterproofing also by latest and modern systems. We provide waterproofing services for water reservoirs, Silos, Overhead water tanks, Basements, swimming pools, underground tanks etc. waterproofing by coating, bedding, spraying and laying methods are done by our skilled and experienced manpower. We also provide these services to our customers in construction industries in urban areas where residential and commercial building projects are booming and fast growing. It is a challenging task to anybody to exercise jobs in given time without compromising with the quality which is the lifeblood of service industry. We also provide coatings for heat resistance, sweet water & alkaline water tanks, tanks in dairy industries, subways, water intakes/canal of cooling towers etc.

Some areas like underground parking of buildings, water tanks etc. where water leakage is a common problem due to improper placement of concrete or cold joints we place nipples or NRV metal packers to inject water stopping compounds like foam, cement with admixtures. A lot of cases of leakages have been studied due to honey combing, cracks, so nipples or metal packers are good solutions to provide access to waterproofing compounds to the voids to fill it up. These compounds have quality to react with water by swelling themselves and create an interlock in the passage or void area and to bond with the base material to ensure the long lasting result of job done. And this long lasting result results in our long lasting relation with our customers. Epoxy and PU floorings are also done by us in labs, workshops etc.

Injection Grouting is a procedure used to repair leaking cracks in a foundation, retaining walls, tunnels, basements etc. That includes fixing of NRV packers and injection of hydrophilic or hydrophobic chemicals.

A lot of terraces or floors over undergrounds are bedded with Brick bed type method. Pieces of bricks are laid with mixed mortars admixed with polymer agents and it becomes with a thick layer of it. ARC block pieces are now a day’s common in use instead of traditional bricks.
Another form of waterproofing is popular now a days because of its easy application method, lower cost and time saving feature; that is membrane based system. There are two types of membrane system popular in market. First is Sheet based membrane system and the second one is Liquid based membrane system.

Sheet based membrane

As the name implies, these are membranes that arrive at the sites in the form of rolls. These are then unfurled and laid on a firm surface. The most common type of sheet based membrane is a bituminous waterproofing membrane. This type of membrane stuck to the surface with a tar based primer which becomes adhesive when heated by blowtorches.
Joints between adjacent membranes are also made with the same primer adhesive. The sheets are overlapped by about 100 mm to form to confirm a waterproof joint. Some membranes are even joined by melting them with a hot air gun and then overlapping them on the previously laid sheet.
The joint between these types of membranes are critical and must be done perfectly and carefully to avoid leakage.

Other types of sheet based membranes are PVC membrane and composite membrane. The composite membrane have a fabric base that provides strength and tear resistance, and a chemical that coats the fabric to provide resistance.

Liquid based membrane

Liquid membranes are supplied in the form of liquid, which are then applied by either spray or by brush on the ready surface. The liquid then cures in the air to form a seamless, joint free membrane, which is bond wise a better option.
Liquid membrane’s application procedure is quick and easy and a large area may be done in a single day, However if there is a large area is to be coated the cold joints can easily be made by overlapping the new one on old laid membrane as these liquids have a good self bonding quality, it will get stuck and be leak proof.
